Trends in Cowhides

What  is  happening  in  cowhide  trends?

Well  we  have  noticed a shift  towards  the  lighter  hides away  from  the  darker  colours.Before  we  used  to  sell  Brindle  regularly  and  now  it  appears  that the  lighter hides are  more  popular;Beiges,Light  Greys and  Salt&  Pepper

predominate.It  probably  has  a lot  to  do  with  the  arrival  of  white  kitchens  a  few  years  ago  in  new  homes  or renovations.The  lightness  of  the  kitchen  has  spread  out  into  the  homes.Lighter  floors and  Scandanavian  influenced  furniture are  found  in  most  of  the  magazines.

It  does  make  for  an  airy  look  and  will  probably  continue  for  some  time  yet  as  it  suites  our  sunny  climate.
