Shipping Within Australia

All cowhide rugs are shipped within Australia free of charge.Certain remote destinations may be  too  costly to  ship to and we reserve the right to quote on a freight forward basis or refund in  full  if  you  do  not  want  to  proceed.So  far this  has  never  happened!We   can  leave  deliveries outside your door but then it is your  responsibilty if  the goods are stolen & we will not enter into any discussion about compensation.

We  deliver to PO Boxes and addresses anywhere in  Australia and need access to properly deliver your order.We  cannot  deliver  to gated  communities or inacessable farm roads.All  we  need  is  a deliverable address  and  we  will  get it  there.Our  delivery  service  is  the best  we  have  found  and  they  do  a great job  for  over  ten  years  now.

Anticipated delivery times are 5-10 working days from receipt of payment.

On some smaller items we do charge delivery fees  like cushions and Ugg Boot sales under $100.

Please ensure  you  enter the  correct address  details  as  we  will  not consider any  claims resulting  from  incorrect  addresses.

Our system automatically uses  the  details you provide to address all  freight labels.If  goods  are  returned  to  us because of your 

error,we will  charge a $50  return fee to cover the additional  freight  costs & handling.

Shipping Overseas

Shipping is available outside of Australia, however online purchasing is only  configured for Australia at this  time. If you would like to purchase our products and you reside outside of Australia, please contact us with your order and address details, and we will provide a quotation for shipping options and costs.Orders placed by overseas  buyers online despite this advice and  then cancelled due  to  change  of  mind, will incur an AUD$30 fee to cover selling costs & fees charged by our payment platform providers.Refunds will only be processed after cleared funds  are  received against  the initial order.

Returns Policy

100% Satisfaction GuaranteeCowhide Rugs takes pride in delivering good products to our customers and if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive just contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will organise a refund for the cost of the rug after its return.This does not cover change of mind based on either colour  or  size.This  is  based on  quality  only.

When you  chose a hide we try to deliver within  the  range  of  colouring the  natural product  has.Each  hide  is  totally  different in patterning,size and also colour mix.Our  photos  represent  the general  colouring  only but  variations do  exist.For  instance  Black  can  have  undertones  of  brown,Tropical &  Tri Colour  are  totally  varied  and  the  mix  of  colour  can  vary  from  the  hide illustrated quite  widely.The  amount  of  brown  varies  in  both  the  Spotty &  plain  Brown &  White  hides

We are in  the  business of delivering good quality and will not exchange purely  based on  colour variations  and  want you  be  aware  of  this  before  buying.

Natural products simply come with variations  and  these  are part  of  their  charm.

Please note that as cowhide is  a natural product there  will  be  imperfections  in  each  hide and  these  include barb wire marks that show as contrast lines,tick  bites  that look  like round marks,brands  from  the  farms  themselves  and  even sewing and the occasional patch at the back.During  tanning  the  hides  sometimes get  cut and these are then repaired at  the  tanneries.These  are  acceptable  feature  on  these  products and not a  reason for a return.

In  the  event of us agreeing to a refund due  to  quality  reasons  we  will send  you  a  shipping  label

Please note: In the  event  of  any other  reason for a return being agreed on,you  will  have  to  pay  the  delivery  costs  back  to  our  premises.

The refund will be sent to you on receipt of the goods purchased in good condition back to our premises. No refund will be made until the goods are received back to our warehouse, nor will any refund be processed if the goods are damaged & we will have to charge return fees if you want it sent back to you.

Each range of product we sell has slightly different delivery,overseas and exchange policies

applied due to varied nature of the range we offer.

We try to make these as clear as possible by range and our real aim is to deliver good product and have satisfied customers for everything we deliver.

Ugg BootDELIVERIES

We process your order as soon as it is received and once despatched no cancellations will be accepted.

You will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery once it is despatched through our delivery partners.

Normally delivery can take up to 10 days from ordering depending on where you are located.

In the event of any order misplaced we raise a query with the deliverer on your behalf.This can take time as they try to track the missing parcel.Our policy is to replace the goods for you once the investigation is finalized if the goods have gone missing.This is a very rare occurrence and we will do everything to resolve unreceived deliveries.

SHIPPING Ugg Boots OVERSEAS

At this stage we are not accepting orders for overseas shipment.

Ugg Boots are a generic term used  to  descibe these shoes in  Australia  and  our product is Australian made by an  experienced  Australian factory not imported .You  cannot  get  more  real  than  that.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee the quality of the product we sell and if you are not happy with the quality of an item you receive,please contact us first through the contact form.We will assess if the concern is valid & will usually ask you to send us photos.If the product does have a defect we will offer you a replacement or full refund based on our professional assessment.All  goods  carry a three month warranty.

We do not accept returns unless this procedure is followed and any goods  that become lost in transit through just sending them back without agreement will be your responsibility solely .We  suggest  you  insure  return  parcels  against  any  losses as  we  are  not  liable  for  your goods in these circumstances.

This should be done within seven days of receiving the goods.

Outside this period no returns will be entertained.

The boots must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Change of mind on colour or size is not an acceptable reason to return goods and we ask you to choose carefully please.Refer to our size chart to order the correct size

Once a return is accepted we will ask you to send it back to our warehouse and send you a shipping label.Refunds will only be processed once the goods are returned and will be less the cost of return cartage.

We will credit the account you used to originally pay for the purchase once the goods are processed less any shipping costs.If they are not in good order we will not refund and you will be responsible to pay the return fee if you want them back.

Irregularities in colour and texture in the sheepskin is not grounds for changeover or cancellation as these are natural characteristics in  the  sheepskin.

Discolouration of the  sheepskin from dies in clothing is also not an acceptable reason for exchange or cancellation.

We use  the  best delivery  process  we can  find  and if  there  are  delays in delivery outside our stated times this will not be grounds  for  any  claims  of  any  sort  including cancellation or  refunds.

We reserve the  right  to amend  these terms without notice and purchasing through our website signifies your acceptance of  these  terms  in  their entirety.
