SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
* Premium Brazilian Hides: Dispatched within 24 hours from local Australian stock with Free Delivery nationwide. Metro areas take 2–5 business days; regional areas may take slightly longer.
* Craft & Internationally Selected Hides: Shipped via airfreight and take 10–15 days to arrive. Delivery is Free to most areas, but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes for these two ranges.
* Tracking & Delivery: All orders include full tracking provided at dispatch. Couriers will leave parcels in a safe place if no one is home.
* Remote Areas: Some remote or specialised locations may require a custom freight quote prior to dispatch, or extra charges may apply.
* Delivery Addresses: Please double-check your details at checkout. Additional freight charges apply if orders are returned due to incorrect information.
RETURNS POLICY
* Genuine Quality Issues: We want you to be completely satisfied. If there is a structural or quality issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it.
* Approved Returns: Where a return is approved, goods must be sent back in their original condition before a refund is processed.
* Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or natural variations in colour, pattern, and shape.
* Craft & Selected Ranges: Craft and Internationally Selected hides are budget options sold with disclosed natural marks, holes, or tanning touch-ups. No returns are accepted for these characteristics.

* Unique Variations: Cowhides are a natural product. Every single piece is unique in colour, pattern, and shape.
* Images: Our photos represent the general style and class of the hide, but natural variation is part of the product's character. We rigorously inspect all stock for thickness, quality, and appearance..
