SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All Brazilian cowhide rugs are shipped within Australia, with free delivery included on most orders.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours from Australian stock.

All deliveries include tracking, which is provided once your order is dispatched.
Delivery is made via standard courier services. If no one is available, the parcel may be left in a safe place unless otherwise arranged.
Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout. Additional freight charges may apply if orders are returned due to incorrect information.
Some remote or specialised locations may require a freight quote prior to dispatch.

Cowhide rugs are a natural product and each piece is unique in colour, pattern and shape.
Images shown represent general colouring and style, but variations will occur. This is part of the character of genuine cowhide.
We carefully select all hides for quality, thickness and overall appearance.
RETURNS
We take care in selecting quality hides and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve the matter.

Where a return is approved, goods must be returned in original condition before a refund is processed.
CRAFT HIDES
Craft hides are sold as a lower-priced option and may include holes, marks or imperfections. These are disclosed as part of the product and are not considered faults.Shipping is by airfreight and takes 10 - 15 days.We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for this quality .
