Cowhide Rugs takes pride in delivering good products to our customers and if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive just contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods and we will organise a refund for the cost of the rug.
Please note: We require that the customer arrange and pay for the return of the cowhide rug to our premises in Alexandria.
Please send all returns via registered mail and advise us of the tracking number. We cannot take any responsibility for the non delivery of returned goods.
If you do need a rug exchanging we will ask you to pay for the return cost as well as the postage back to your address.
The refund will be sent to you on receipt of the goods purchased in good condition back to our premises. No refund will be made until the goods are received back to our warehouse, nor will any refund be processed if the goods are damaged. We require that the goods be received within 7 days.
