Cowhide Rugs takes pride in delivering good products to our customers and if you are not satisfied with
the quality of the product you receive just contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods,
by email and we will organise a refund for the cost of the rug ($399).

Please note: We do not refund the postage and handling costs incurred in the original delivery
and we require that the customer arrange and pay for the return of the cowhide rug to
our premises (please see above).

The refund will be sent to you on receipt of the goods purchased in good condition back
to our premises. No refund will be made until the goods are received back to our warehouse.
